Occasionally as I move around a document in Word 2019 the cursor comes up against a hard stop mid-document.
At some newline <DownArrow> simply fails to operate and the cursor remains stubbornly where it is.
I have not been able to identify any cause though possibly related to Insert > Object > Text from File.
But even in this case the glitch doesn't always happen; and sometimes it occurs when no such insertion has occurred.
(If I have saved the document in Word 97-2003 format I don't think this occurs but can't state this with certainty.)
Any cause / cure; or even a MeToo?
Thank you!
