    Outlook 2021 - Downloading emails

It was suggested on elevenforums I post here as they don't have an Outlook section.

I use Windows 11 Pro and Office 2021.

After my emails stopped coming in I used Stellar Repair for Outlook and repaired the .pst file.

Now I can download emails in a roundabout way. If I open Outlook and click send/receive it appears to check but no emails come in. If I click on my email address at the top of the folders column then inbox then it downloads emails. See before and after images in merged pic attached.

How can I get this to work automatically as it should?

Delete the affected email account, reboot, re-add the account.

Have done this but now all my emails are coming into a different inbox in the folder list not the one with all my folders.

How do I get them to come into the .pst file that has all my folders?Outlook 2021 - Downloading emails-ol.jpg

They come in bottom left but I want them top left.

You could drag and drop all the folders into the duplicate account. It would be a little tedious, but I tried it in Outlook 2013 and it works.

I'll be interested to hear how it goes. After you get all the folders moved to the duplicate account, you can make it the default and remove the other one. I would make copies of the PST/OST files before deleting though, because stuff happens.

I think you're saying that you repaired the application itself.

I think you're saying that you repaired the pst/ost file[s].

Couldn't you use Rules to move emails into the Inbox folder you want?
