OneNote Android vs Desktop - sending website article as PDF

    Android smartphone...
in a few easy steps I am getting an online article (e.g. newspaper article) as PDF in my email.

    On my smartphone:
    1. At the bottom, tap on the Hamburger button
    2. tap share
    3. select OneNote
    4. disable save as image (Q: how to in desktop?)
    5. Documents lands in OneNote, open document
    6. tap three dots and
    7. select to send as PDF

Have vainly been trying to this done in the desktop version.

    a. I want the article shared as text (not as image, see above step 4)
    b. I want the article then be sent/shared as PDF (not as a link, which is the only way that I am being offered)

OneNote is an extension in my browser (desktop). In one click it ends up in OneNote, but from there one (see a. and b.)...

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Just as a matter of curiosity for future use and for clarity, which OneNote on the computer is in use, the one that comes with Microsoft Office or the Windows 10 version? I don't have Office installed on this Notebook.
