How block emails ending in .de or .space

    Windows 10 Home v 22H2, OS build 19045.3448
Dell XPS 8940 Tower 10th gen Intel Core i7-10700
    Dell XPS58940-7262BLK-PUS
    Google Chrome v 116.0.5845.188

Lately I've gotten several spam emails with strange endings of .de or .space that MS365 does not accept the usual "block" command so I have to manually enter them into my Block tab.

    Example;
    offerto88@doboost.de
    5pdi9@bjhc.neuropsychologyw57helky.space

I've tried various combinations using the *.* format but nothing works.
Is there any way to automatically block such emails?

You can block entire countries or domains as well as individual email addresses in the settings or use rules as you need.

Thanks, but I am not sure how to do that.
Can you give me an example?

    See

If that .space domain does not appear in the country list then use the Add unwanted names to the Blocked Senders List section for that.

And do consider Mark email as junk or block senders in Outlook.com - MSSupport or its equivalent procedure for your ISP.

Open your Email Account directly with the Web interface and mark those Emails as Spam, that will train the filters of the Email provider. Exact method varies with provider.

The big Email providers like Outlook, Gmail etc have good spam filters.

That is a lot more effective than wasting your time on creating your own blocks/rules.
Those are faked and/or randomised domains crafted to dodge anything you do.

Moving Emails ending with .de and .store from your inbox to JunkMail

Using Outlook (Not Outlook 365), I created a New Rule to fix this problem as seen in the steps below:
Start by selecting an email in the "Inbox" with only a single click
    1. From the Home tab, click the arrow below "Rules"
    2. Then click on "New Rule"
    3. Under "Start from a blank rule" Click on "Apply rule on messages I receive" then click "Next"
    4. Click the Checkbox for "with specific words in the sender's address" a script appears below.
    5. Under "Step 2: Edit the rule description (click an underlined value)" click "specific words" and a "Search Text" box will appear
    6. Enter .de in the first field, then click "Add" then .de will appear in the search list below.
    7. Enter .store in the first field, then click "Add" then .store will appear in the search list below as well. Then click "OK"
    8. Then click "Next" Then click the checkbox for "move it to a specific folder then a script appears below.
    9. Under "Step 2: Edit the rule description (click an underlined value)" click "specified" and a "Rules and Alerts" box will appear
    10. select your destination Junk Email folder where you want these emails to go. Then click "OK"
    11. Then click "Next" Then click "Next" again. Then a "Rules Wizard" box appears. Enter a name for your rule in Step 1.
    12. Then click the checkbox with "Run this rule now on messages in "Inbox" (This will move all emails with the .de and .store to the Junk Email folder you chose)
    13. Then click the checkbox with "Turn on this rule" (This will turn on this rule for each email coming into the inbox)
    14. Then click "Finish" (This will initialize the rule to remove all emails with .de and .store in the email address)

I had a few emails the I wanted to keep that were moved, so I wrote a separate rule to move those specific emails back to my inbox (The exception option is another way to avoid this issue- Be creative and make your own rules).

Have fun with managing rules ;-)
