    Delayed emails


    Desktop Windows 10 Version 22H2 64bit. I have 2 email addresses Hotmail.com and Virginmedia.com.

    In both of them it takes ages for the emails to appear and the same to open them.Also when I delete them
    it suddenly goes to desktop.When I recall the emails,the ones that I deleted are back again.Is there an answer?

    I get almost instant traffic from virgin media, there's times i get an auth code sent to me and i have it in seconds.
