How do I change the e-mail address on an Outlook Contact card?

I'm glad the issue has been resolved.

If you found & overcame any problems when using that MS guidance, please do post about them here for the benefit of others who might land on this thread in the future.
It is not unknown for MS procedures to seem straightforward until you need to use them in anger so your comments would be welcome.
