How to find and replace images for clearer translated text from Google

Google Translate outputs Word Document; but Translated Text of Document legibility is degraded by original images. I have to move text out of original position. Is there a simpler way such as adding fill color to Textbox of translated text? or find and replace all pictures with reduced size?
