"Macros blocked because source untrusted" -- I'M THE SOLE SOURCE!

This cleared up when I rebooted, but I'd like to prevent its happening again:

I have a Word 365 file where i dump thoughts and data for a project--every day, new data's added and old stuff is moved to other files.

Tonight, that file threw up a message that Microsoft was blocking macros in that file because the "source was untrusted". Aside from a few photos downloaded from Facebook, I'm the source for everything in the file: the template, the contents, and the lone macro (which inserts a symbol string to separate item--and, oddly, that continued to work).

Directions on how to cure this abound, but they all rely on my selecting, clicking, or checking/unchecking items that are not on my screen. Just as a precaution, and in case rebooting doesn't fix it next time, what caused this and how can i prevent it?

    Win 10 22H2; Microsoft 365 16.0.16327.29.

And how do you expect Word to know that you are the source for that macro?
    - Check your Trust centre settings within Word options.
    - It will probably be easiest to add the relevant folder to your Trust centre, Trusted locations.
Add, remove, or change a trusted location in Microsoft Office - MSSupport

There's probably more guidance tucked away somewhere within
Word help & learning - MSSupport

    Best of luck,
