removing ALL section breaks in Word Doc in one operation?

I have some Word docs that have literally hundreds of section breaks. These docs were generated by a documentation program specific to an application. Some "sections" are only a few lines of text, and I want to replace the section breaks by say 2 blank lines. How can I do this in one operation, not one at a time.

In the Replace dialog, More set Use wildcards to on
then
Find what

Code:

^m

Replace with

Code:

^p^p

to insert two blank lines
then click on Replace all.

Awesome. Did 1308 replacements. Doc went from 1291 pages down to ... 20. [CORRECTION: 168]

Don't know why I didn't check out that replacement window myself, but sometimes I just want to get something done fast and easy.

I imagine that this info is online as well but I've attached my Help extract for Find & replace to save you looking. The really interesting bits are on the last two pages

The Help extract is for Word 2007 but Find-Replace hasn't really changed since then.
