I followed your instruction, the numbers are still the same, nothing changed.

I checked this already a couple of times before, for them the numbers are correct, just the same as in the powerbi report before extracting it to excel.only for me i get this huge difference in numbers when i export and save it as an excel file.

Yes, at a csv file.That's when the issue occurs.It does not matter if it is csv or xlsx, when i export the data the numbers are wrong, although in the powerbi they are correct, the report is the same for me also, but the problem is when i export it.

So Denis i did the test you told me about, and the result is exactly the opposite ! :)
My coleague sees my csv file with the right numbers, i see my coleagues csv file with the big numbers, and this it getting me back to my initial question.
Can a laptop setting affect those numbers so that they do not show correctly as they should ?

You could start by telling your IT dept to fix their computer.
They might suggest an Office repair - Repair an Office application - MSSupport

Yeah, i tried that but nothing changed yet that is why i tried to find some solutions somewhere else.
