If Power Bi saves it as a csv then use Open with, Excel to open it in excel and then SaveAs xlsx from within Excel.

Do check that the csv file exported for you by Power Bi is the same as your colleagues get. This will help to identify the source of the problem.

I followed your instruction, the numbers are still the same, nothing changed.

I checked this already a couple of times before, for them the numbers are correct, just the same as in the powerbi report before extracting it to excel.only for me i get this huge difference in numbers when i export and save it as an excel file.

So the fault lies within your Power Bi.

Yes, at a csv file. That's when the issue occurs. It does not matter if it is csv or xlsx, when i export the data the numbers are wrong, although in the powerbi they are correct, the report is the same for me also, but the problem is when i export it.

So the final demonstration that it is your Power Bi at fault would be this pair of tests:-
1 Open a colleague's Power Bi exported csv file in your Excel. I would expect that to have the correct values.
    and
2 Get a colleague to open your Power Bi exported csv file on their Excel. I would expect that to have the corrupted values.

    Best of luck,
    Denis

So Denis i did the test you told me about, and the result is exactly the opposite ! :)
My coleague sees my csv file with the right numbers, i see my coleagues csv file with the big numbers, and this it getting me back to my initial question.
Can a laptop setting affect those numbers so that they do not show correctly as they should ?

    Thanks !

Then the problem lies within your Excel.

No. The problem lies within your Excel.

You could start by telling your IT dept to fix their computer.
They might suggest an Office repair - Repair an Office application - MSSupport
