So the final demonstration that it is your Power Bi at fault would be this pair of tests:-
1 Open a colleague's Power Bi exported csv file in your Excel. I would expect that to have the correct values.
and
2 Get a colleague to open your Power Bi exported csv file on their Excel. I would expect that to have the corrupted values.

So Denis i did the test you told me about, and the result is exactly the opposite ! :)
My coleague sees my csv file with the right numbers, i see my coleagues csv file with the big numbers, and this it getting me back to my initial question.
Can a laptop setting affect those numbers so that they do not show correctly as they should ?
