ALL system texts in 2016 Outlook, drastically reduced! :(

Windows 10 Version: 21H2 (OS Build19044.2486); 2016 Outlook; laptop;

Could someone tell me why ALL the system texts throughout my 2016 Outlook (not just a Zoom matter and not just the incoming messages) have been drastically reduced in size? So much that not even reading glasses helped! And also the text lines go all the way from left and right. I noticed it since about 2 months ago or so and all my efforts to revert this to the normal size…failed! Many others complained of the same thing.

Thank you so much spunk but I'm familiar with Zoom. What I seek is permanently convert to normal size ALL tiny texts on incoming messages, and also on ALL system texts like: names on the ribbon and everywhere else written by Microsoft wgucg so suddenly around 1 or 2 months ago have changed to tiny size. Do you think there's a way to do this? It's so annoying to use Zoom each and every time I need to read the incoming emails. It used to be so easy before this. Thanks again. :)
