Outlook: 1 email 2 locations & Oulook offline?

    Outlook: 1 email 2 locations & Oulook offline?


    Hello,

    I have the same email address in 2 different locations, I only want to keep 1 account
    not having the (2) at the end of my Username@Domain.Com
    How to?

    And why MS Outlook appears as offline?

    If the highlighted (2)OST is the one you want removed then you need to click the other OST and then click set as default, then you can come back to (2)OST and click remove.
