Hi Steve.
I looked up things to do with the ucrt dll file. Check out the "1 correct answer" thingy at this site:
Solved: Re: ucrtbase.dll Issues anyone have a Fix for this... - Adobe Support Community - 9569992
See if you can see relations and do some test and trials on your computer to see if there's some network issue that's causing that?
Just an idea.
I spoke too soon. Other people reported the same issue - see OneDrive SharePoint stops working since OneDrive update
Since the update to OneDrive v 23.002.0102.004 seems to be the issue and the PC keeps auto updating to this version, I've reverted to a Macrium backup from before this issue started and turned off the OneDrive update task and service in Autoruns pending Microsoft sorting out their buggy software.
PS OneDrive just updated to the offending version 23.002.0102.004 even with OneDrive auto update turned off!

Ah.. I see. At least you know exactly now why that's happening.
And the solution is pretty much...... just a matter of time 'til whoever broke it.. fixes it.
I would double click on the clock in the bottom right, and watch the seconds/minutes....../hours................./days go by while I wait for a version upgrade that they come out with to fix it. =)
lol hopefully it's not a long wait.
That's two Microsoft cockups due to poor software QA I've suffered in a week. See also What is this odd security warning?
Macrium Reflect to the rescue both times!
It's sad to see when big companies lose their ability to stay consistent.
Oh well. Assuming Microsoft.... doesn't do too well anymore, then I hope the new popular OS stays consistent.
...and hope that it runs all programs intended to run in Windows. I have so much crap that I use on the computer.
