    Pasting from clipboard results in question mark


    HI - When I copy text from an Excel userform textbox and then paste it to a Word document, the text turns to questions marks. Any ideas why this happens? My copy/paste used to work but now it is turning the text into question marks.

    Hey thanks Lance. I will try that. In the meantime, I did this in Word:

    Seems to have worked for the time being...

    Well, neither one of those ideas helped. This seems to be a random problem. Sometimes I get the questions marks and sometimes I don't.

    I think this should be redirected to Microsoft Office and 365 you may have better help there. sorry, I couldn't help more. A mod will eventually or you can repost there.

Blue question mark over drive icon

Win 10. I have a shortcut on the desktop for an external hard drive. It has a blue question mark over the shortcut icon. The drive works perfectly well. I can access it with not problems. What does the question mark mean and how can I get rid of it?
Is there some way in Win10 to have multiple things on the clipboard and be able to, using hotkeys, paste the different things from the clipboard? Can this be done natively? If not, is there some way to do it with something small and portable?
