Quite interestingly, you seem to have a pre-change version of the Office 2013 EULA that MS said would get amended in a routine update. It has the strict non-transferability clause in it.

The effective dates are those I noted at the time but I did not record where I got them from. I think one of them was from a discussion in the MSAnswers forum.
I never did "upgrade" to either 2010 or 2013. I'm still using Office 2007 and intend to keep doing so for many years to come. No modern equivalents give me the same ease of us [or the programming capabilities of VBA that I have made extensive use of]. I used Office 2016 for a year and did not like its changes one bit.
