Annoying Microsoft add about Office 2013 expiration on Outlook 2019

I wonder how come I am the only one posting these weird issues I am having with an office upgrade but the bright side is its all coming to a conclusion now . So after solving the Outlook issue in part 1 and New issue in part 2 now there seem to...

So as I have posted earlier that upgrading from Office 2013 to 2019 doesn't go as smooth as that of 2016 to 2019 . So basically on one laptop it crashed windows beyond repair , on another it kept two copies of office leaving me worried about Outlook...

I managed to upgrade two laptops lately to office 2019 , the first was on office 2016 which upgraded without troubles , the second was on 2013 , now this one however gave me so much troubles as it crashed one installation of windows beyond recovery...

Hi, is there any way of backing up all email accounts in Outlook 2013 (including username+password) and restoring them in Outlook 2016 without having to manually recreate the accounts? Thanks
