It downloaded and installed in minutes on 2 of our 7 machines here yesterday, it was just the others that all took hours. Interestingly though, they all updated within minutes of each other in the finish - in exact order of hitting the check for updates button!

Well M$ usual incompetence and arrogance with pathetic quality control again shines through with this flight.
What does one expect when spot faced 20 somethings are in control (no offence).
How can any 'manager' sign off to release this flight just astounds me, and yes I know a few got this update.
So after 2 days and no word from MS Feedback (not that I expected any) I could get ZERO of my 8 machines to update, some running overnight for more than 12 hours.
There is definitely a bug or flaw with this build either with MS Servers recognizing the build numbers and or not handshaking with user PC's....IT IS NOT YOUR PC.
I had a Insiders reg-key for Office and ran it, rebooted PC and guess what all of them updated within 2 minutes to Insider build number 2205 (Build 15225.20092 Click-to-Run).
BTW I use M$ Office Pro Plus 2021 not the Office 365 take my cash cloud version.
The online repair option worked for me after hours of waiting.
