I'm learning 365 slowly and working on issues. How do I sync contacts w/365 installed on my iphone/ipad. contacts are empty. Do I need to add an exchange account and is that the same(MS account info) I uses on home PC w/365? What are the server info needed? Please educate me, and thanks again!

If you use 2-step authentication on your Apple account are you using an app specific password or have you authenticated your Apple ID to access Outlook mail app?

For me, I sync Contacts and Calanders between PC (Office 365 desktop app) and my Android device (Samsung Galaxy Note 20) with the Outlook 365 mobile app using Companion Link (PC/paid) and Deja office (Android device/free) - CompanionLink. The thing with CompanionLink is it forgoes the need to have to use an Exchange Server for synchronization.
I use an app specific password for my iCloud account under office 365 as I have 2 step authentication on the Apple account.
