    Outlook 365 tackled on the 50 yard line


    I have removed & reinstalled Outlook 365 three times and I get the same email in my inbox from 0810 this morning, and nothing more recent. It is now 0548 the following day. I have sent emails to myself and have had friends do the same. NO LUCK. The progress bar at the botton shows no more than about 50%, in downloading progress, the app at that point is totally locked no function can be enabled Please help.

    Have you tried logging on to the webmail version of your email and deleting that last email in case there is something in it causing outlook to stall?

    Is the Send/Receive progress box displayed? If so are there any error messages on the Errors tab?

    If it doesn't show the Send/Receive progress box go to Send/Receive tab on the ribbon and click Show Progress in the Download section.
