You can't, but you also can't say that they are all pirated as some are not, you just have to assume they are genuine unless there is proof otherwise.

If you want genuine Office you can get deals here: Office Suite Licenses | Microsoft originals
For a free alternative I use (Mimics MS Office to the tee): FreeOffice for Windows, Mac and Linux
You shouldn't say a site is selling genuine Office unless you know for sure. The only thing I know for sure is the Office Professional Plus is not something that is supposed to be sold retail. Everything else on their site I don't know.
BTW, I bought a copy of Office Professional Plus 2019 on a similar site. It activated OK and is still working after a year. I checked its office type and found the following:
LICENSE NAME: Office 19, Office19ProPlus2019MSDNR_Retail edition
Note the string "MSDN Retail". MSDN subscriptions are purchased by computer professionals. They receive product keys for a number of Microsoft products for evaluation purposes. Even though these keys are retail they can be used and activated multiple times. These keys are only supposed to be used by the person buying the subscription and nobody else. Apparently, a number of sites have obtained some of these keys and is selling them illegally.
I have read that some sites are selling volume license software which are activated with KMS and MAK keys. Both volume license and MSDN software can only be obtained legally through official Microsoft volume license distributors. Anyone else that sells it is only doing so illegally.

I do know they are genuine, and legal to sell in their country, and people outside of the country can also purchase them. Look up reviews of the site/store. They are very reputable. I understand your concern, but there hasn't been one "bad" purchase to date. I won't post links, or give suggestions unless I know/trust them.
