Office 365 Windows App Autocomplete Stopped Suggesting People from Inb

Hi,

I'm posting here because I notice questions actually get answered here. I mean... has anyone ever seen issue get resolved on Microsoft's forums? Haha.
Anyway, the problem I'm having is more of a frustration than anything. I use Outlook 365 on Windows 10 (software, not web client), and recently the AutoComplete lost some functionality. It used to pull suggestions from everywhere, including my Inbox. I could start typing an e-mail of someone, and even if I'd never e-mailed them before, but I've received an e-mail from them, or been in a chain with them, they'd show up. Now, it only brings up suggestions from people I've sent to. I recently emptied the autocomplete to start fresh, but that didn't fix it... actually, started fresh, so it would only start pulling suggestions after I would send an email to the person.
It's odd because it's only in the Windows app. If I use the web client, or the mobile Outlook app, suggestions come up as they should. Tried repairing, didn't fix. Tried uninstalling the entire office suite, rebooting, and reinstalling, no go. Any ideas?
