How To Remove Outlook Search in Header

I am using Microsoft Office 365. For everything but Outlook, I figured out how to remove the search bar from the header (i.e., File > Options > General > "Collapse the Microsoft Search Box By Default"). The corresponding setting doesn't exist in Outlook options. See the attached Outlook image. I'd like to remove this search bar. It hinders me when I click and drag across multiple screens, and the mouse inadvertently lands in the search box. How can I remove this? How To Remove Outlook Search in Header-screen-shot-1.jpg

What can be dropped in that search box?

(I don't think it can be removed.)

I guess leaving it there doesn't pose too much of an issue. I rarely use it, so that's another reason I wanted it gone. I don't like the clutter. It seems like my mouse will still move the app to the other screen, even if the pointer lands in the search box. So it should be fine the way it is.

Hello. There isn't much that can't be changed with MS software, however, that search bar can't. I spent weeks trying to, I spent hours chatting to MS support, in the end I went back to previous version. But then that wasn't available anymore.

What MS told me, was the search bar cannot be moved in Outlook due to future plans for the software, whatever that means.
