Hi there,

I am running Win 10 on all my machines.

Recently i bought 4 office 365 packages, 3x business standard and 1x busines premium.

when i started working all the users had their "onmicrosoft" domain, all was kind of working fine. i set up two onedrive folders that i shared with the users from the premium (admin) account. one folder shared between 3 of the users (the c-league, cfo, ceo...) and one folder between all of the users.

the email shall not be managed by microsoft exchange, it is hosted by another company and i dont want to touch that.

we use outlook for the emails and because the boys and girls dont want that when they delete an email it is being deleted for everyone they use pop3.

there must be a calendar though that everyone can share... here again they want to use pop3 because as far as i know in pop3 you have all the different funky colors and so on you can use to distinguish the appointments.

so after some time of waiting our hosting service has added the TXT ms=123456 to the DNS entries so that i can verify the domain.

the CEO decided that he does not like the "onmicrosoft" being written in the local installations of word, excel etc... (they use the local installs, not the cloud versions of the office suite besides the "LISTS")

So when the domain was verified i started to first give each user an alias that is the email adress (with the verified domain name) of him. Than i tried to log in to the locally installed office programs with that user but it did not work, so i made the aliasses the main username and deleted the "onmicrosoft" usernames.

This seems to have caused a lot of troubles...

I indeed can now log into all the locally installed Office programs with the username that contains our domain BUT the onedrive causes me a headache for all the uses besides the admin user, because it doesnt synchronize as it should and even when i share folders as the admin some of them dont show (or only show partially) for the users i share it with.

I have checked the sharepoint as well and found a few restrictions that i vorrected by giving the users the neccessary rights... i have to check if that helped...

I made a new list in microsoft LISTS and shared it with the other users but it did not show for them, the overview of the lists is blank.

Any ideas on how to get things back on track? O

Thanks in advance!
