Finding a Powerpoint template

Hey all, I seem to be having a weird issue of, well, not finding this one template that i randomly found and have. I'm talking, absolutely no search results in the Office search or even with Google. I literally cannot find it anymore. And it's not like it was a long time ago, it was literally 2 weeks ago. I don't quite remember how I even got it but I know for a fact that I had loaded a template and then loaded a design idea.

Even worse is that if I try to export the design template, the exported version will actually behave differently.

As you can see, here, this is the expected behavior of the Design Ideas panel.
But if I export it then it's like the elements break and the Ideas panel can't do anything:

So I have no idea what to do. How can I try to find the template again? Why can't I even find anything about it? What even happened for me to find it one random day and then never again as if it had been completely removed?

So yeah, any help?

I learned long ago when starting a new document to always save it first, makes it easier to use the autosave feature if activated and prompt to save when closing.
