Windows 10 Pro 21H1 / Office 2016 Outlook 2016 performance issues
I got some user report to me when Windows 10 Pro updated new patch ( 21H1 , Build 19043.1165) and Office 2016 standard Outlook 2016 always freezing (NO RESPONSE) , Word / Excel always crash . Windows 10 KEEP slow ( computer using SSD) , 8GB RAM . I would like to know any solution to check and fix this ongoing ISSUES.

I am not quite sure if you mean by

that this is some manner of job that you are undertaking, rather than on your computer
Usually these sort of problems, require the person asking advice to have the computer with them and then, we can suggest various scans and checks and get the result, rather than waiting for YOU to communicate to the user - and they to then acquaint you with the result - a long convoluted procedure which cannot really work that well
IF the user has referred the issue to you - then presumably you have some knowledge - what checks have you suggested please.
