    Curious to know what thsi means for microsoft 365 office


    Windows 10 21H1 // My office365 is 2016 and when I go to investigate my information I get this result:

    HP Pavilion g7 Notebook PC

    **2009 ( ??? installed back in 2015

    11 GB ( ???????/ 2 sticks 4GB /8Gb) -- My other laptop has 12GB installed and shows 12 GB

    **my two areas of concern ( in red) .

    Ideas ??

    Windows 10 version 2009 is the 20H2 release. 20-means 2020. 09-means September. Windows 10 20H2 was released to the public as an upgrade in October of 2020 and you probably got it through Windows update.

    You probably have 1 MB of RAM reserved by the system hardware, more than likely for GPU (graphics) use.

    I would expect your Office 365 to be 2019 not 2016. If you are paying your subscription then you should get updates to Office automatically.
