    You should be able to add a second email address to receive the code. In any case an app specific password is most likely needed.

    Ok tried that... the POP didn't work even enabled dual authentication

    Since you have no doubt got the relevant settings from GMail
    Let less secure apps access your account - Google Account Help
    Read Gmail messages on other email clients using POP - Gmail Help
    I think your question is about how to put those settings into Outlook 2019.
