    HELP in excel 2016 pro win 10


    Hi
    when selecting "Help?" in excel i get message:-
    "This command isn't available
    Your organisation's administrator turned off the service required to use this feature"

    I have just installed office 2016 pro.
    I am the administrator on the m/c and have not knowingly turned off any services.

    I have read old threads on the subject and looked at reg edit but none of the suggested "problem causing" keywords in CurrentUser appear in my set up.

    I am lost.
    Help please.
