    No help files Office 2010 (F1)


    Windows 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1110)
    Microsoft Access Professional 2010 v 14.0.7268.5000 (64-bit)

    Hello

    If I want help files in Access 2010 pressing F1 I am getting the following error box:

    No help files Office 2010 (F1)-helpfiles.jpg

    I have follow all the steps in this threat but nothing works

    Update: My "help" files backup are still in Microsoft Help.old but some new help files files were created in Microsoft Help (Do not work)
    C:\Programdata

    Can't you just uninstall and reinstall Office 2010?

Windws 10 x64 is Offering me 4 Office 2010 updates: KB2553347, 4011188, 4011055, 2553338. The catch is, I don't have Office 2010 installed. I have been running Office 2016 (via Office 365) since it was released. :confused:
