Word is an MS Office application that exists in all Versions & Editions of Office including, but not limited to,Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 & MS Office 365.

What makes you think that your Word is "all different"?
This comment seems, to me, to indicate confusion about how to take a screenshot.
Ignore the one you put into a Word file earlier.
Make a new one then post it.
- There are several methods including using the combination WinKey-PrntScrn [or possibly, if your keyboard has a key labelled Fn, Fn-WinKey-PrntScrn]. That will save it as a file automatically and, unless you have deliberately changed its destination, create it in C:\Users\%UserName%\Pictures\Screenshots {a folder that is created the first time you use that keyboard combination to take a screenshot}. You can paste that folder path straight into File explorer's Address bar to get there.
