Outlook 2010 search

I am using windows 10 latest update and Microsoft outlook 2010
The search has always worked fine for all email accounts but i had to redo my computer and reinstall Office.
Now when i check all my accounts to search, next time i do a search or restart outlook only 1 is selected.
This never happened before so i am wondering if there is a setting for that at all ?
The accounts have been added to the indexing options.

I checked all that and all that is in order, of course that doesn't address the issue i am having with the search options reverting back to just the one account. Not sure if there is a registry option to set this.
