Well, are you running any 3rd party antivirus or encryption programs?

Might want to try disabling that, and then re-running the MS removal tool or Revo.

The problem with Office 2010 is that now it's out of support MS have removed some of the more useful support pages. Fortunately the Internet Archive Wayback Machine has preserved them.

Scroll down this page to the section titled "Remove Office 2010 manually" (don't bother trying to play the video, that doesn't work). Read the instructions below it.

Warning: you will have to delete a lot of files and registry keys. Make a backup system image (Macrium Reflect or similar) before attempting any of this.

I removed Panda Cloud antivirus, booted in Safe Mode and then ran Revco Uninstaller,
When I rebooted Office 2010 was gone.

I deeply appreciate the helpful advise each of you gave me.
I do not understand why it was so difficult to remove Office 2010.

I think it was Panda "thinking" that you trying to remove Office 2010 was malware attacking Office 2010, when it really wasn't. Sometime 3rd party antivirus can get confused, and over react.

    Glad you got it solved.
