    PPT control can't actvie,the controls maybe register in the pc


    I guess there is some problems about flashplayer

    my pc is win10

    Assuming you mean the files of PowerPoint then Yes, there were problems with Adobe Flash Player and it has been discontinued and deleted by a Windows update. Does it affect more than one .ppt file? Can you open the file in a different program such as LibreOffice Impress or Corel Presentations?

    Which version of Office? There was a format change of documents starting with Office 2007, identified by the addition of x on the file extension [.pptx, .xlsx, .docx] then Office 2010 became available as either 32-bit or 64-bit.

    how can i solve the problem?

    i saw the method in microsoft website

    it must modify Registry

    it is very difficult to me

    That page does seem to have the solution but working in the Registry can be dangerous, even to the point of a mistake causing Windows not to work and requiring a reinstall. If uncomfortable doing the Registry changes I'd go with the alternate method of using a different program that works.
