Full Scrolling For Outlook 365 Messages

    I have Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 20H2 with Microsoft Outlook 365 v. 2103 installed.

Whenever I open a message that is several screens long and start scrolling down, the upper portion of the message (the one with the subject Line, From:, To:, Cc:) is frozen. The scroll bar on the right of the message is not extended all the way up to the beginning of the message, where the subject line is.

I would like to unfreeze such top part so that I have more room for reading and scrolling a message.

    How do I do it?

That upper part is actually in a separate pane of its own and cannot be scrolled with the main pane in which you are reading the message.

There's nothing you can do about it.

It can be done if you open the message in the new window (double click on the message)

The command is named "Message header" but is well hidden. It would be the best to show it in Quick Access toolbar - and add it from all commands

Excellent find AndreTen. Just want to add instructions (for those looking) on how to find....

    1. Click the "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" icon (down arrow with line over top)
    2. Click "More Commands"
    3. In the "Choose commands from" dropdown box, choose "All Commands" (default is Popular Commands) and search for "Message Header"
    4. Click "Message Header" and click OK.

Message Header icon is now shown atop the Quick Access Toolbar and can be toggled on and off
