    Can't Move This File

In Microsoft 365 Outlook, I use a drop down list to save emails I find interesting or useful. Here's an example:

For the past three days, I'm finding that I can no longer move emails to their specific folder. Here's what I get when I try to put an email in a particular folder:

I've looked online and so far haven't found a solution, although it looks like plenty of folks have had this one.

    I'm running Windows 10 20H2 Build 19042.928 and Microsoft 365 Outlook version 2105 (Build 14014.20002 Click-to-Run).

I don't use it and this may not be the solution but it brought back a memory with older versions of Outlook not having enough storage capacity, had filled up the allotted amount.

Some of the pages suggest going to Cloud storage to get twice as much.

I don't think that's it, Berton. I checked yesterday, and I have 48.9 GB free of 49.5 GB allotted.

That one doesn't work, Andre. However, I think I'm getting a little closer. Seems as how the search is worded makes a little difference.

Anyhoo, I got this answer; I'm going to read further, and probably open a ticket with Microsoft. Anyhow, this is just a FYI.

Noticed one thing... not as a possible solution, just wonder.

Why do you have your custom folders under Inbox? Can you (just for testing) move this folder (Useful info) to the base level?

I will try that, Andre, but the link I gave tells of several folks so far having this particular problem. And, so far, they're all running the Beta Channel of Microsoft 365!

I've submitted a ticket as requested by the Microsoft Agent, and will try another thing he suggested. Opening Outlook in Safe Mode didn't work.

I'll keep the thread updated with what I find.

One guy posted that he went back to the regular version and can now move his emails. I'm leaving mine status quo so that if Microsoft needs info from me, I can provide it.

Smart. Once I know if Microsoft requires anything from me, I'll probably move back to Current Channel until they get the issue resolved.
