Why can't i get my outlook contacts presented in my email address book

Windows v20H2 Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.13901.203366) 32 bit

I have created a new contacts folder and imported into it my email contacts from my iPhone via a csv file (Fig1). I have marked this contacts folder to be shown as an email address book.(Fig2/4). I have created a new mail profile to use these settings (Fig3) but I still can't get a new email to show the contents of the address book when to I want to make an entry into the 'To' box.

What am I doing wrong or what am I omitting?

What program are you using for email on the desktop?

I am using Outlook from Office 365 on Widows 10

I have resolved this issue. For anyone interested the problem lay in the contacts import process. The default mapping of iPhone contacts to Outlook contacts did not include email addresses. Once this mapping is defined everything worked as it should.
