    Hi Marcus,

Yes this is exactly it, i can see it will work in the channels. Just wondering if the guests will be accessible in the search bar.

And also if the guests can chat, currently they cant, only external users, but only 1 external user at a time.it would be good for transparency for other people outside our organisation to join a chat.

Do you have any insight on this? Thanks, ClassicD

    Hi ClassicD,
Has far as I know this hasn't been officially released and am not sure what the go live date is.

    Sounds like an interesting feature.

Don't know about that Jimbo, Teams usage is growing substantially currently. Both appeal to different online demographics.

Also although Zoom and Teams are both video/conferencing software Teams has a quite different feature set when used properly inside a Microsoft 365 Enterprise or Business tenant. There is a lot of functionality that can be added.
