How to sync Office 2007 files between PC's

I think my problem is a simple one (ha)
In short, I run three desktop PC's, ages various but all running Win10 Pro Ver 20H2, based in various rooms/locations within the same building & outbuildings

I have resurrected my old copy of Office 2007, which is adequate for my needs; it is now installed and I am using it on all three machines

It would however, be very convenient to be able to link/sync all three machines, whereby A, B & C share the same calendar, task list etc (as they do with incoming emails)

I had a quick delve into some online help pages, but didn’t really find an answer that cooked for me: but as said, it can’t be insurmountable. They are all connected wirelessly, and operate off the same hub

Any guidence please

for OUTLOOK set the email accounts up as IMAP (that was possible even on old XP systems with Outlook Express !!!).

As for "Syncing" other files -- I've no idea as it's not something I've ever been interested in -- however IMAP for emails will enable your email to be viewed on any device. Forget POP3.

Some "Collaborative" type of program might be avialble in Office 2007 - especially the Enterprise version for sharing tasks, working in teams etc.

Thanks for your comments/observations.

To expand my question a bit, my copy of Office 2007 is indeed an Enterprise copy; which these days, is more than adequate for my needs
Jimbo, my primary email account is IMAP, and all emails appear on all three PCs and a mobile (any POP3 based email accounts show up in Mail on the office PC, which is fine

The PC’s are one in my “office”, one in the garage and the last one the workshop. They all are used for different things commensurate with where they are, but the reason I want them able to link-up (sync) is also for the other elements Office offers: tasks, calendar and contacts, which are common to all

I’m sure that is possible, and probably very simple: just not simple enough for me at the mo. Maybe I will have to study the inner workings of my Enterprise edition a bit closer methinks

As you mention Denis, I do indeed back up to freestanding external hard drives; each PC is largely subject related, but easy to “plug and play” when, and if required.
Although Denis, I’ve never heard of Robocopy (I may have a shufftie later just out of interest)

In short all I want is for them to all share the same basic info
