I've just completed removal of any legacy bits of Office, as uninstalling via Control did not work, using Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant. Re-installation will have wait til tomorrow as it's nearly 11 p.m U.K time.
I have no idea if this is significant or not. You have opened your ISO twice at the same time.
I do not understand why you are referring to add/remove/repair. Doesn't it give you an option to just install?
If the ISO does not work then you will need to get another one that does or get an installation DDVD/CD.

Create a folder [anywhere] called something like MSO2007HnS
then mount the ISO again [by double-clicking on it]
then drag the whole of the ISO contents into your new folder.
Then install from there. MSO installations do not require a DVD/CD, they can be run directly from any folder. I have been doing this since MSOffice 97. I recently did it to install my MSOffice Pro 2007 onto a new computer.

.TLB is an intermediary compilation file. I used to have that when I was a Windows COM/ATL programmer.
It is a type library. It is something like a manifest of what is available inside (probably) STR.DLL.
Double-click on zip file to open it
Double-click on folder to open it
Double-click on OFFICE12.iso until extracted to temp folder
Double-click on setup.exe to install Office 2007
Might you already have another installation of Office on your computer?
