Office 2019 picking up old account  

I'm trying to set-up a new laptop for my niece that I purchased and it had windows 10 in S mode that I turned off so now im running normal Home.

As this isnt my laptop I'm setting it up with no accounts signed in etc but i needed a temp account to get it out of S mode. I did this and as far as i can tell removed it from "email & accounts" and anywhere else.

I'm now trying to install office 2019 home and student but its picking up this temp account I used and i dont know how to stop it. Here is a picture after ive installed showing it picking up this temp account



How do i stop this? I've even tried to use this microsoft office uninstaller to remove all files

Did you run the tool in Option 2 of your link with internet disconnected? Then install Office 2019 with internet still disconnected. Once you re-connect internet, user can sign-in with their credentials. Good Luck

Didn't work unfortunately. I just cannot figure out where it is picking up this sign in information from. I hoping to not sign into office at all and have it just as an application she can launch and not sign into.
