Microsoft 365 Won't Install on Build 21313 or Build 21322

I have a subscription to Microsoft 365. It's installed on the Production partition of this dual boot machine, but won't install on the Insider Preview.

I used the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, but no luck there either.

I tried to attach the Log I got from the failed installation this afternoon, but it doesn't seem to be saved on the computer.

Edit: I figured it out; had to save the log . . .

There are a lot of connectivity errors in your log file. Do you run VPN? try to disable it. Maybe reset the router

Thanks, Andre. I'm not running a VPN or the VPN extension for Firefox at the moment. I haven't had any problems installing anything else, but Office has always been a pill for me.

I'll reset the router, and see if that helps.

Also, what do you think of a clean install of the preview, although it's only a few days old?

Have you run sfc /scannow on your Windows Insider environment.

I notice error code 0x80072efe in log

Is there anything other than Defender AV installed on Insider version

Have you run anything to clean off old incomplete Office installs on this Insider partition?

Have you successfully in the past installed MS 365 multiple times on the same physical hardware with multiple activated occurrences on multiple OSs?

Or was it Office Insider on the Insider Build?

Yes, I've had it installed on both partitions earlier. Not Microsoft 365, though. I think it was Office Pro Plus 2016.

@AndreTen Resetting the router didn't work.
@Caledon Ken I ran SFC /Scannow, and it found and fixed some corrupted files. I ran it again and it didn't find any more. Restarted, and still no joy.

Reason I asked, my Office 365 is only good for 1PC and 1 Tablet and 1 Phone. 1 PC means 1 OS. There are so many flavors of Office and "365" everything I don't know how yours works. You may have run out of slots.

Oh! I have a subscription that allows me 6 installs. I think it's called Microsoft 365 Family. And no, I haven't run out of installs; I should have at least four more.

I think you need an Office clean up tool for your Insider partition.

Believe you said you had installed it previously.

I used the cleanup tool, SARA. Ken. More than once. I think I might just reformat the D:\ drive and reinstall. Lots less wasted time that way. At this point, I think I'm spinning my wheels.
