    Office 2007 works flawlessly in Win10 20H2 or any Win 7 8 10 versions. Im the proof tested by me.

    I think you should reinstall office 2007 or try different installer.

    Phil,

    Have you checked for any versions of Office having been preinstalled by your computer maker?
    Control panel, Progs & features.
    Settings, Apps.

    If there is a newer version then I suggest uninstalling both it & Office 2007 before then installing Office 2007 again.
    Manually uninstall Office, Apps - OfficeSupport
    Uninstall Office from a PC - Office Support
