Need an alternative program to open...

I don't have MS Office and I need to find a free program to open a "PSA-.DOC" . Does anyone know of one? I've tried Foxit, but that doesn't do it.
What's throwing me, is the PSA....

Try Libre Office. Home | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft

Or Open Office. Apache OpenOffice - Official Site - The Free and Open Productivity Suite

I believe both can open MS Office documents.

My thanks to all of you! I have opened it with File Magic.... not free, but it is on sale, so that's good.

I tried LibreOffice, OpenOffice, and FreeOffice. I found FreeOffice's TextMaker easier to use.
