Are there "cheap" Office 365 keys?

I saw that there are "legal" ways to get a cheap working Windows 10 keys online, something about Microsoft and the EU agreement? Not sure, but the fact is that those cheap keys actually activates Windows 10 and it says that it is legit. Are there the same thing about Office?
    thanks!

This is a question that gets asked on quite a regular basis as you will see if you search this forum. The general rule of thumb is, if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is!

But I know of people that activated their Windows 10 Home/Pro and it worked. I saw it myself.. so isn't it good enough and it's true?

I've bought several cheap Office keys for c. £5 and they all work fine after several years. Always confirm with the supplier that the key will work with a download from a MS server.

There are no legal cheap Office keys. Also, the crap about EU OEM keys is largely bullshit. It only applies partly in Germany (see EULA), and only applies to system builder licence keys. Guys reselling these need to recoup their costs so do not sell them cheap. If it is cheap, it is piracy!

No it does not - the judgement has never been ratified by member states. It only applies to oem system builder licences not pre-installed oem bios embedded keys - they are not sold separately to the pc and cannot be onsold.

i'm now aware of a cheap office 365 key as it's a subscription service rather than a key and you pay MS directly There are some options like an educational license which can get you reduced prices. Other than that, I think the only options are the personal and the family plans.

It applies as described by the ECJ.

" the first sale in the EU of a copy of a computer program by the copyright holder or with his consent exhausts the right of distribution of that copy..."

"A rightholder who has marketed a copy in the territory of a Member State of the EU thus loses the right to rely on his monopoly of exploitation in order to oppose the resale of that copy."

It is a basic principle of International copyright law.

The situation arose because Peter was brave enough to fight the software giants all way to the highest court. We should all be thankful to him. He described them as "harassing" his clients. They won't be doing that any more.

There are promos all over the world. Some people buy cheap keys in India and resell them in EU/USA.
But it all comes to a person, if someone feels uncomfortable using Pro for $2, he can buy it for $250.
I bought several Windows 8 Pro licences for $15 from Microsoft and using them as Windows 10 Pro today.
