I had Microsoft Office Professional 2013 installed from a purchased CD on my laptop. While Clean Install of Windows 10, version 2004 it has been deleted. I have misplaced the CD and don't remember the Product Key. Is there any way to reinstall it ?
Without the key I doubt it.
Have you considered LibreOffice? It's free and well respected software which is compatible with Office but it does not have the Publisher equivalent.
If you have any backup of your system while Office was installed, you could restore it and extract the Office key from it. You can even do that with system image in Virtual environment.
Otherwise.. only if you have some kind of proof of buying Office, you may be lucky, and MS could give you extra key
