I believe that changing message preview to 1 line or off will replicate what the OP posted as a sent mail folder.

Again, assuming that's what they're looking for. Looking at his images + what he said, I thought he was talking about focused emails, which is now removed from the desktop app unless there's an exchange account used.

That said, yours is a very possibility that's what the OP was looking for. I know about that setting, but shrugged it off thinking the OP was talking about something else. Await the OP's response.

Hi Ken,
To get back inbox view as before try this:
Go to view > view settings > columns and check right list. Move up or down subject and from columns.
In screenshot below my settings which has inbox the same as You had before.

resolved, compact view I think it was, never knew existed, don't know how I got into. Back to normal now.
