    1. In Outlook select the File tab.
    2. From the left Menu, select Options
    3. Select the Mail tab
    4. Scroll down to the Send Messages section
    5. Click Empty Auto-Complete List

    No. What you describe only seems to clear the recipient cache of the default .OST file. It has no effect on other .OST files. Nor does it have any affect on the Recipient Cache of .PST (archive) files.

    What is super-irritating is that the when I search for Contacts, results appear from the Recipient Caches of all my .OST and .PST files, and there doesn't seemt to be any way to stop them from appearing.
