It fails on the latest (some of) builds of Windows -- I think some of the insider builds using 20H2
Works OK on others.

It's a known problem -- don't bother re-installing -it won't fix anything


Just roll back last (Windows) update or restore image of good working system - --one should always take regular backups -- especially before doing major Windows updates.
