    Excel 2016 Start Screen

I am running the very latest version of Windows 10 and Office 2016.
I haven't used Excel in a long time until just a few days ago. I was following some instructions about the Excel Startup Screen. The instructions I found online shows a completely different Startup Screen layout versus the one I have. I definitely have Excel 2016 and the instructions are for the same version. Can anyone shed any light on this as to why mine is different and how I might be able to change it to match the instructions I see online? Attached is my version of the Start Up screen.
    Thank you.

@newseed looks the same as mine, it's been like that for some time now, sounds like MS need to update their instructions!

    Thank you both.
@meebers: I do want the startup screen. The issue is why is my Excel 2016 startup screen differ from the Excel 2016 documentations. The youtube link you've provided shows that different startup screen I was talking about. Look at my original post screen shot and look at this one below:

When I open up Excel to a blank sheet and select "File", I get something similar. Can you give me a link to your "Excel 2016 documentation" that you are referring to? here is an example

If you want the screen in post 5, scroll to bottom of yours/hit Options/General/scroll to bottom to 'Start up options'/un-check Show the Start screen/OK. Close Excel and re-start. You'll get 'meebers' (and my) screen instead of the simplified one that you have, when you click 'File'. See my screenshot

Just to be clear, I WANT to keep the Excel Start Screen. My issues is that my Excel Start Screen is not the same as the one you have shown. Even if I disable the Start Screen, it will only load directly to a blank workbook thus I will then have to use the file tab to create a new workbook. However, I need the Start Screen in order for me to give precise instructions to blind users, I need to know why my Start Screen differs from yours?
