Stop specific e-mails going to Spam folder.

Lately e-mails from a forum I frequent are being sent to my Spam folder. And I can't figure out how to stop it from happening?
Microsoft Office Plus 2019, fully activated and updated.
I have one in my spam folder right now
John Doe via Pimoroni Buccaneers <pimoroni@discoursemail.com>
    I've done the
    Move to inbox,
    clicked "Not Junk"
    Never block sender
    Never block senders domain
I also have @Discoursemail.com and pimoroni@discoursemail.com in my Safe Senders list.
I've also tried the "No Automatic Filtering" and "Low" option in the Junk e-mail options.
I also tried setting up a rule to move them to another folder, they work when I click run now at the end but after that nothing happens, they don't work on new arriving e-mails? This is driving me batty?

Is this working with an Outlook.com account as the mail domain.

If so have you tried adding a rule in outlook.com rather than a rule in outlook 2019?

Any chance you have an AV add-in running in Outlook 2019 that could be influencing.

Have you tried "Never block sender" under Junk email? You could also set up a rule to always move to x folder. I'm running the desktop Outlook 365 mail app.

And the "ISP" should have nothing to do with your email being blocked seeing you're using your own (Outlook) email client.

My mails is coming from / through their server though, can they flag it or mark it as Spam?

Did you actually check the junk lists and remove if found?

Edit: If using outlook dot com or hotmail:

    Sign in to your account

Try logging in there and if you can get web access check junk rules there.

Check OWA if you have it:

Block senders or unblock senders in Outlook on the web - Outlook

    Check rules there.

I'm not using Outlook on the Web, I don't have that menu structure. I'm running the Desktop Outlook client that is part of Office 2019 Pro. Everything is local on my PC.

Okay well what is your email domain? gmail? hotmail?

If no pre-filtering done then I don't know the answer.

    For my account:

You must have an email account that you can sign into without needing Outook. Sign into it and check filters there.
